REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, our jewellery pieces unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose (This applies to sale items). Careful investigation on all returns, refunds, or exchange cases will determine if the specific case is eligible for refund via store credit.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the package by email to hello@refine-studios.com. Store credit will be granted within 8 days after the investigation has been concluded.
INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
At this time, all orders purchased by customers who live overseas are considered final sale. We’re so sorry we can’t accept returns from our international customers.
Please note: For international orders, the shipping cost is non-refundable once the package is shipped. If a package is returned to us due to missed delivery then marked left unclaimed at the local post office, customer must cover the re-ship cost.
